  • You understand and accept that the products sold by Apexanalyticals.com may have several legal restrictions and may not be suitable for specific uses or jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines.
  • You have read the product information, understood this information and will act accordingly.

  • By using the Webshop and making a purchase, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older to make such purchases.
  • Apexanalyticals.com reserves the right to request proof of age or identification to verify your eligibility for purchasing products.

Accounts

  • It is mandatory to create an account on Apexanalyticals.com to purchase products, contact support and ask other questions.
  • Accounts must be verified.
  • Accounts are automatically deleted when they are inactive (no purchase made) for more than a year.
  • Unverified accounts will be deleted if they are not validated within a month.
  • Account deletion is permanent.

Ordering and Payment

  • To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information about the products, quantities and other relevant details as requested by Apexanalyticals.com.
  • All prices displayed on the Webshop are in euros and do not include taxes, shipping costs or handling costs, unless otherwise indicated.
  • You agree to pay the total amount due, including any applicable taxes and fees, as indicated during the checkout process.
  • Apexanalyticals.com reserves the right to change or cancel an order at any time, including due to pricing errors, product availability or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • If you endanger our business by posting inappropriate or unwanted comments on bank payments, your order will be cancelled, your account will be blocked and your money not refunded.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Apexanalyticals.com will make reasonable efforts to deliver the products within the specified timeline to the address you specify. However, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and other external factors beyond our control.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Apexanalyticals.com is not liable for any delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect, invalid or incomplete addresses specified by you.
  • Orders that are not delivered due to an error from Apexanalyticals.com will be resent.
  • Orders that have not been delivered due to incorrect data provided by the user will not be sent again.
  • Orders that have not been delivered due to force majeure will not be resent.
  • Orders returned because they have not been picked up at a pick-up point will not be resent.
  • Orders that have not been delivered because the customer has given the courier instructions otherwise will not be sent again.
  • We only deliver to the specified countries in our shipping option list, the use of a forwarding address to ship to other countries is prohibited and will result in cancellation of your order.
  • Providing misleading details for your delivery will result in cancellation of your order.
  • We don’t send to Forwarding Addresses. If you still use a Forwarding Address, there is a chance that your package will be cancelled. If your package has been lost at a Forwarding Address, we cannot help you.

Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the nature of the products sold, Apexanalyticals.com generally does not accept returns or provide refunds. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service within 3 days of delivery to request a solution.
  • Apexanalyticals.com reserves the right to evaluate any request for return or refund on a case-by-case basis and to determine appropriate actions.
  • We will not repay in case of intentional deception.
  • For wholesale orders, no reship policy applies and no reships are implemented.
  • Products with limited expiration date (3 months or less) or the shelf life within the cooling-off period of 14 days of has expired (decay).

Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos and content displayed on the Webshop, are the property of Apexanalyticals.com or its licensors. You will not be granted any right or license to use such intellectual property without the express written consent of Apexanalyticals.com.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apexanalyticals.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damage resulting from or related to your use of the Webshop or the products purchased through it.
  • The liability of Apexanalyticals.com for direct damages will be limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.
